Simplex Virus (Type-1/HSV-1). The author has done careful research to bring you this information.
Since he also suffered with Herpes from the time he was a teenager, like I had, it felt like I was
there with him.
“How do Cold Sores Affect Us” is Chapter 2. This chapter continues to give information about
cold sores. Herpes Simplex type 1 is the type that is found in any outbreak that occurs above the
waist.
“Fighting the Cold Sore Virus” is Chapter 3 of “Cold Sore Free Forever” and the chapter that I
decided that getting rid of my cold sores was all about fighting the causes of this problem. This
chapter is very interesting because this is where Dr. Shepton explains the cure.
It was the best thing I had ever found to cure my problem. It also gives you all kinds of
fascinating facts about Herpes. Oxygen and Herpes don’t mix and you can use this fact to prevent
future outbreaks. If you raise your oxygen level, like is recommended in the book, it will prevent
further cold sore outbreaks. Also Chapter 3 talks about acidosis, that HSV-1 likes an acid
environment and when you pH level is 7 or below it is more active.

 The next two chapters of “Cold Sore Free
Forever” - 4 and 5, deliver you what you might call the best part, they talk about two
different treatment methods. The chapters go into great detail about Dimethyl Sulfoxide or
DMSO method and the toothpaste method. Since DMSO isn’t safe for pregnant moms chose
carefully, if pregnant chose the toothpaste method. The guidelines, for safely using either
one of these methods, are simply and clearly stated. Both of these are commonly found as
over-the-counter products.
“Increasing Your Body’s Oxygen Supply”, “WaterOz OyDrop”, and “Get Rid of Acidosis” are chapters
6, 7 and 8. These three chapters will explain how to raise your oxygen levels and decrease the acid
level in your body. Whether you suffer from Herpes or not these things are helpful and good for
you.
“Maintaining a Cold Sore Free Life” is the last chapter of this 100+ page book, it provides
advice on how to make small lifestyle changes and by doing so permanently remove cold sores from
your life.
What I did not like about “Cold Sore Free Forever”
Perhaps it would have been better to first provide the remedy, then provide advice on long term
treatment and after that to provide other information, other than that this guide does not have any
major flaws.

“Cold Sore Free Forever” is an excellent and 100% natural cold sore treatment that anyone can
use to permanently eliminates this problem. It works amazingly fast and it is possible to see first
